Brought the scarf down, carved a hole inside to let the player breathe, removed two inner layers, and reduced the effect of the neck weights. Because I didn't like my character getting choked lol
SCARF STRANDS ARE STILL THE SAME LENGTH BECAUSE I WOULDN'T DARE CHANGE SOMETHING SO COOL.

Navigate to your MHW installation folder (where the .exe is located. This is usually in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World").
