With this custom quest, you can fight Velkhana in Seliana Supply Cache.

This mod requires Stracker's Loader.

It felt weird that there was only an assignment quest in which you were given the chance to fight on Seliana Supply Cache.
The arena is great to fight on and feels refreshing considering all we have right now are custom quests with special or regular Arena.
Monster HP should be set to the minimum value for your convenience. Please tell me if it's not.
