Removes skill level limits, which are normally removed by wearing certain armor

Removes skill level limits, which are normally removed by wearing certain armor
For example, for the skill "Maximum might", it can only reach level 3, 5 with armor "Glavenus Alpha + (α) Set" or" Glavenus Beta + (β) Set"; with this mod, level 5 can be reached WITHOUT armor!
The level should always be upgraded normally (Five jewels, for example)
If you are using a mod that already customizes skills!!
For example, YASR - Yet Another Skill Revamp by Metool and you want to use this mod too, open your mod file with MHW Editor (See below) and set the lines "Unlock Skill 1/2/3/4" to 0 (See screen #2)
Just grab the NativePC folder in the game folder (next to monsterhunterworld.exe)
Just delete the file "NativePC/common/equip/skill_data.skl_dat"
Not enough time to get the levels right? Use the mod Weapon and Armor Jewel and Skill Cheats by Synthlight to immediately access the max level ;)
