Re-upload for Digi at their request as I'll be handling all mod requests and whatnot. Added an OTT variant for EXTREME SPEED (Please don't take the Quick(est) mod online, it's absolutely ridiculous). Also added versions of the base mod that integrate both fortify extender (Though adds about 8.5 as opposed to 9 hours) and WeX + Mighty max fixes. These mod authors will be credited below.

Original values:
lv1: 1.1* speed
lv2: 1.2* speed
lv3 1.4* speed

"Quick(er) Sheath" values:
lv1: 1.5* speed
lv2: 1.75* speed
lv3 2.0* speed

"Quick(est) Sheath" values:
lv1: 2* speed
lv2: 3* speed
lv3 5* speed

Installation: Place unzipped file within your nativePC folder.
Uninstallation: Remove the "Skill_data.skl.dat" file from your common/equip directory in nativePC

This mod will overwrite/be overwritten by any other mod that modifies the skill_data file. Feel free to message me directly if you have any questions or would like effects from different skill_data mods merged.

Notes: I hope to add videos or gifs displaying the differences at some point, but if anyone else wishes to provide them please do feel free.
