Redid the physics and added collision so that it doesn't pass through the body much.

Thank you so much. In the vanilla game there isn't really any tied hairstyles that have male-looking bangs, besides this hairstyle. This change makes it perfect.

    Does this need an update?
Selecting the hairstyle in the menu does nothing, no hairstyle will load (not this one or the one it replaces), and then trying to exit hairstyle menu after selecting this one, even if selecting a different one afterwards, causes me to get stuck in a loading screen.
Edit: Nevermind i'm an idiot, it works

Do you also have a file for a longer high ponytail (original high positioning) with original physics?

I don't, sorry. The reason is because the default position is vertical enough that a long version would probably clip through your head and body. I could be wrong, but that's why I didn't even try :P

Theoretically could be avoidable now if using custom physics and reweighting the ponytail.

I see, I didn't think of that problem. Thank you for replying and thank you for your mods. (*ω*)

      No problem.

I did some experimenting with the hair physics and collision. There seems to be two types of collision, one is by capsules out of bone pairs, and the other seems to be by defining a sphere size on physics bones. I haven't figured out how to make hair bones interact with the player body bones (hair and body are separate models with different bones and positions), so what I did was put a big fat collision cylinder on the middle of the body. It's not very accurate, but it sort of works.

I know the game has some waists that interact with leg bone movement, but I haven't checked how that's done. It also doesn't seem to be perfect, because those waists still tend to clip through the legs. I'm guessing maybe they put the leg bones into the waist model, and then made collision for the legs inside the waist model. I'm not sure if that would work for the hair because the hair model/bones are positioned completely differently, and the animation from the rest of the body may still not carry over.

      Thanks, I'm glad you're happy.

I was only able to update quickly because the modding community figured out the changes and made a tool to update the physics easily. Would've taken forever to hex edit them one by one.
