Your Palico now looks like Sans, talks like Sans, bangs the drum and plays the trumpet like Sans, gets a flaming eye like Sans, has a Papyrus themed boomerang and fires a Gaster Blaster (fr*ggn laser beams). Replaces the moogle armour and megaman gun for Palicos (easiest to change sounds for, moogle talks a lot).

Just unzip the file and place the nativePC folder into "Steam\SteamApps\common\Monster Hunter World" and you will have everything above. Cheer Bongo will activate Sans' flaming eye
Massive thanks to Crimson without whom i would not have been able to use effects for the first time. He created the flaming eye and Gaster laser for me, and for that I am incredibly grateful. Without the effects I wouldn't have thought to change the instruments either.
Thanks to Statyk for the advice regarding the glowing textures
