All of the damage indicator mods have died since the latest patches -- seemingly because of changes made to the game's executable file, to which these utilities hook.
They need to be updated to the correct "headers" et al., to get them working again...
Hello, Thanks a lot for sharing this mod, That's really helpfull to adapt our gear and get a great character. I just got an idea concerning monster size. That's possible to adapt the mod to see the size of the monsters, and why not add the corresponding crown (little gold, silver, giant gold for exemple)? That's can be great for farming crowns and get the achievements easier. Since the monsters size visibly changes if they're small or big enough to give you a crown after the hunt I don't think this would really be a cheat but more of a convenient tool. Crown drop rate would be the same and you would still have to hunt the monster to get it but this would allow you to see if it's worth your time hunting it or not, especially with some elder dragons that are annoying to fight and take a long time to kill.
Started the game, and then started the EXE. When entering into a quest, it does not populate player names and it does not display the intended values. It displays only as follows:
MH:W Damage Data ----- 0 (0%) Drag Bars To Move UI ----- 0 (0%) MouseWheel Rezizes UI ----- 0 (0%)
I have tried opening the program before a quest begins. I have tried opening the program after the quest begins. I have tried opening before damage is done to the monster (in case the first damage done initiates the recording of statistics) I have tried opening after the initial damage is done to the monster.
I have attempted all of the above while: 1. the program was run from its own folder. 2. The program was run from the root folder (with all DLL's in root as well)
None of the above mentioned methods caused the program to work correctly. Everytime the program was run, the DLL's were in the same folder as the EXE.
what is this compiled in? im wanting, to add a background to this so that i may display it and not have to capture my entire screen, or if you can make a change so that the xaml file can be changed or added to the properties so it loads that on startup would be great.
That's something I'd like to know as well, I was actually heading there as I saw this comment, thanks for saving me the time. :D
There's 2 things I am missing at this point, cos this is awesome. First of all, the anchor of the text, could it be moved a little bit more to the left, right now the ")" is kinda inside the right end of the bar. Second, a way to see the total dps over the whole duration of the hunt as well as the current DPS. Not sure where to put it so it looks good though, as it gets a bit cluttery already. ^^
Edit: After some further thought, I suppose you could have the DPS number change to the avg DPS after hunt is done so [time of hunt/total dps]. So simply replacing the current dps number. Would take the same amount of text space.

What am I doing wrong?
The XML is easy enough to edit, but it's compiled into the exe so obviously just editing it doesn't do anything.
