YiQiqiqi the author of the UHPN mod I published here, is opening commission at afdian.
Base pricings are as follows:
1. New mods with publish-ready completeness start at $45 / 300 CNY, with any additional changes outside of the original agreed upon changes being $5 / 30 CNY (to prevent adding infinite requirements to a single commission under the same pricing)
2. Fitting a bigger or smaller bodyshape start at $15 / 100 CNY for each mod. Adding optional parts around $5 / 30 CNY to $10 / 70 CNY.

For now only afdian payment methods are applied, will consider add more in the future.
