Monster Hunter: World

I made the ear tufts a general-purpose, off-white color and left it undyeable so the mod had some contrast, but I've seen some users who like to cosplay their own character that have different inner ear colors, or maybe you just wanna match your set better. If you'd like to change the color, it's INCREDIBLY simple! You only need Asterisk's MRL3 Editor found here: https://github.com/AsteriskAmpersand/Material-Editing/releases

1) Simply click on the most recent .exe to download.

2) Once downloaded, run the .exe. After it loads, drag and drop the f_wst105_000.mrl3 into it. It should look like this:

3) Click on Ch_Pl_Standard_Mt__3 for the inner ear tufts. At the bottom is a section called CBMhMaterialPLLocal__disclosure. This houses all the parameters for the selected material.

4) What we'll be changing is the fBaseMapFactor__uiColor at the top of the list. This is an RGBA color overlay ranging from 0 to 1 (Don't bother changing the 4th value, it won't affect transparency in this case). 0 is black, 1 is white. You can mix these numbers to get a full range of colors! For example, [1.0] - [1.0] - [0.0] will give you a BRIGHT yellow, while [0.0] - [0.2] - [0.2] will give you a darker teal.

5) Play with these values until you get what you like. Simply save the .mrl3, equip a different waist armor, and equip the mod in game to see the changes right away. If you'd like, you can also do the same thing to Ch_Pl_Standard_Mt__4. This is the inner skin behind the tufts. Perhaps you don't want the pinkish tone on your black fluff and tufts? Simply set it to lower values to help it blend in better. Everything is purely subjective so have fun!

P.S. The fEmissiveMapFactor_uiColor also works in RGB (It goes from 0 to 255), so if you want some radioactive fluff, go for it lol. The main fluff material is Ch_Pl_Standard_Mt__1.
