This mod is only for DualSense controllers (PS5 controllers).

Adds Adaptive Trigger feedback for the Iai Spirit Slash: Trigger-like effect

  • Sets Adaptive Trigger feedback on the Right Trigger while in the Iai stance.
  • Removes Adaptive Trigger feedback on exiting the Iai stance.

Adds Adaptive Trigger feedback for the Spirit Charge: Heavy resistance with pulses

  • Sets Adaptive Trigger feedback on the Right Trigger while beginning the Spirit Charge.
  • Make a quick pulse on the Right Trigger on each Spirit Charge level reached.
  • Removes Adaptive Trigger feedback on ending the Spirit Charge

Update V2: Adds Haptic Feedback (Rumble) while Spirit Charging
  • Rumble intensity changes depending on the Spirit Charge level reached.

Update V2.1: Fixed the issue where other Long Sword players' actions would mess up with the local player's behaviors. This mod should work perfectly for multiplayer now.
This mod includes my previous Iai Adaptive Trigger mod, while adding the full support for the Spirit Charge.
It should make the Long Sword experience much more immersive.

I tweaked the parameters to make the Iai Spirit Slash feels like a heavy trigger that snaps, and make the Spirit Charge feels like a heavy resistance with pulses. You could also tweak the parameters yourself in the lua script if you'd like.

Feel free to leave feedbacks & suggestions. This is my first time making mods so I would be very grateful for any comments.

Installation:
  • Make sure REFramework is installed
  • Extract the file into the game installation folder

Note: In order for DualSense features to work for Monster Hunter Wilds, you have to enable Steam Input and connect DualSense with cable.
