There's another mod that does the same thing but the timing for the foresight slash sound is a little off, so I wanted to know if this mod corrects it.
The tin sound is a separate 1.6s long audio tracks in game file, and the sound wave peak cames at 0.025s of the track, If this mod also causes you to experience lag, then it is more likely a problem with the game engine.
iam not familiar with the data structure of weapon texture, but I believe there is already a mod somewhere that can turn off the critical effect.You can ask the author of that mod

i'm getting crash upon game launch, "file looks corrupted: re_chunk_000.pak.sub_000.pak.patch_002.pak" used fluffy to install, all variants crashed the same way.
This mod can be installed manually or via Fluffy Mod Manager. For manual installation, simply place the .pak file in the game directory and rename it in the correct load order. I've downloaded and tested all three versions — they work as expected.
OK, thx. Got it working, I was on a previous release of reframework, needed 1.5.9.1 REFramework v1.5.9.1: PAK files can now be loaded in Monster Hunter Wilds
