For some bizarre reason, Capcom made a bit of a mess of some monsters sounds in Stories 2. Deviljho using Rajang sounds, Barioth using Deviljho roar, Tobi Kadachi having generic bird wyvern sounds overlayed on top of its actual sounds, and so on. This mod fixes most of such instances and also updates a few monsters sounds to their newer World versions.

Changes:

Deviljho: Fixed to use its own sounds rather than Rajang sounds.

Rathalos / Rathian: Updated to new World sounds.

Tobi-Kadachi: Fixed numerous lines that had generic bird wyvern or Nergigante noises overlayed over them.

Nerscylla: Base Nerscylla had the same issue as Tobi where generic bird wyvern noises were overlayed on top of its normal noises. This is now fixed.

Barioth: Now uses its own roar rather than Deviljho's.

Bazelgeuse: Fixed roar being two sounds overlayed on top of each other.

Velkhana: Roar sounded rather distorted. Changed to clean version from World.

Teostra: Updated roar and death sound to World versions.

Nargacuga: Changed roar to a slightly different version.

Kirin: Updated some sounds to World versions (slight difference, they are a bit lower pitched).

Tigrex: Updated the roar during its battle idle.

Rajang: Changed roar to its standard one. Now uses the rampage mode roar for its kinship instead.

Installation

Simply unpack the zip file into your game's installation directory.

MAKE SURE TO BACKUP ALL THE FILES CONTAINED WITHIN THE MOD, OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO REPAIR YOUR GAME FILES THROUGH STEAM IF YOU WANT TO UNINSTALL IT.

Uninstalling

Replace the modded files with your backed up original versions
