Increase spiribird buffs and makes stamina spiribirds actually increase max stamina.
Works with sunbreak, no update needed

Basically does two things:
- Triples the buff given by an individual spiribird
- This still cannot exceed the maximum value on the petalace, just makes it faster to reach it
- The multiplier can be modified in the lua file
- Stamina spiribirds actually increase maximum stamina instead of just potential maximum, so you don't need to immediately eat something to make use of the buff
- Funnily enough, this also works if your potential stamina bar is full
