Very well done, it looks very good.
If you keep uploading visual mods like these you should also research how to apply these to different Weapon's besides the one you put it on.
People always wanna swap and change around so it would be quite nice to have a explaination or guide written about how it works.

So this happened to me as well, but what i did was extract the file and then i put the file that was INSIDE the rengoku's blade, into fluffy and it worked. The file you need to put into Fluffy is RENGOKU'S LONGSWORD then when you load up fluffy manager then the picture should pop up!

I notice that the "modinfo.ini " file is missing from the zip file smh, is it why the mod is not working?-

I tried other weapon mods and they work fine just by placing them in the right path.
however, I did the same with this mod and managed to have the mod only shown in the Fluffy Manager. nothing changes when I look at Aknosom LS tree. -
do i change the lngsword numbers that already in my natives folder to the numbers in this mod? also the saya info in the mod do i just drag that in the native folder?

No, don't change any numbers, this is the longsword ID, if you change this the mod doesn't work.
You just copy the Rengoku's longsword carpet into the mod carpet of fluffy -
