I would like to thank Kaenguritter for his advice. This morning he posted a mod that removes the effects of spark from all-melee weapons. I seized the opportunity to ask him how to do it below. The template he used was RISE_EFX.bt, while I have been using RE_RSZ.bt, which is obviously not suitable for editing .efx files.
在此感谢N网Kaenguritter的指点,今早他在N网上传了一个去除全近战武器打击火花特效的mod,我就抓着机会在下面问他方法。他说用的模板是RISE_EFX.bt,而我一直用的是RE_RSZ.bt,显然后者并不适用于.efx文件的编辑。

So I downloaded RISE_EFX.bt on NAS-cloud (by the way, I found that this is the template from 10 months ago. I was so reckless that I didn't even know there was this template.) The result of the template this time is really more intuitive, and the hit type nodes are listed one by one, and you can see the number of the effects block referenced by them when they are expanded.
于是我到NAS-cloud上下载了RISE_EFX.bt(顺便发现这是10个月前的模板,这波是我鲁莽了,都不知道还有这个模板。。。),这回读取的模板结果确实更直观了,打击类型节点被一一列出,分别展开后可以看到其引用的特效块编号。

行了不废话了,总之去会心mod的项目算是告一段落了,终版的效果大概是:

1. Remove all weapon's blue and red critical effects.
1.去除全武器的红色会心特效;

2. Remove the big spark effect of all weapon (retain small spark effect, because many people want the feeling of hit).
2.去除全武器打击的大火花特效(保留小火花特效,因为很多人想要打击感);

3. Retain blood effects, small spark effects, elemental effects and explosion effects.
3.保留飙血特效、小火花特效、元素特效以及爆炸特效。

4. There should be no more frame drop problems
,if there is, please ask Kaenguritter (just joke).

Put the ".pak" file under the Steam\ Steamapps\ common\ MonsterHunterRise\.
将pak文件放在Steam\Steamapps\common\MonsterHunterRise\路径下。

If you already use another mod with the same file name, you need to rename the number of the ".pak" file to the next number. For example, change re_chunk_000.pak.patch_000.pak to re_chunk_000.pak.patch_001.pak.
如果您已经使用另一个具有相同文件名的mod,您需要将pak的编号重命名为下一个编号,例如把re_chunk_000.pak.patch_000.pak改为re_chunk_000.pak.patch_001.pak。

To uninstall, simply delete the ".pak" file.
要卸载,只需删除pak文件。
