Raises the motion value for Auto Ballista on Rampage Quests

Motion values have been raised in order to be able to go AFK on Rampage Quests after setting up Auto Ballista
This is primarily for the achievement "Rampage Nemesis Certificate" where you have to clear 50 Rampage Quests.
Just quickly tested Apex Rampage Quests, and I was able to set up my Auto Ballista in the last Area and go to the starting area, then just waited for the quest to be completed. I would recommend going for Low Rank Rampage Quests since they are done faster.
Tested on Steam Version V16.0.2.0
Download is for the Fluffy Modmanager. If you are not using that and only use "FirstNatives" then extrat the files and copy the "natives" folder to your MH Rise directory.
