Description:
This mod allows you to have certain items and effects occur on certain triggers.  Personally I'll be putting most everything on "Start of Combat" so I don't have to re-eat 10 foods between each combat segment, while still making time to re-apply buffs mid fight.  I find that this saves time while not affecting actual combat much.
The 4 triggers I currently have are:
  • Never: item will never trigger by this mod - you can still manually use the item
  • OnSpawn: item will be used when you start a quest or when you die and re-spawn
  • StartOfCombat: item will be used when the player enters combat
  • Weapon Draw: Item will be used whenever the player draws their weapon (this will be a bit wonky for longsword)
  • Always: Item will be used when the previous effect ends or there is a need.  This is a bit spammy with potions and whetstones.

FAQ:
  • Does wide range apply: Nope - maybe in the future.
  • Do powders apply to other players: No - only to the player with the mod.  Something I may implement in the future.
  • Does Item Prolonger work: YES! - if you have item prolonger, effects will be extended by whatever duration it is
  • Does Protective Polish work: Yes - and it applies item prolonger to the effect
  • why aren't my 'OnSpawn' items activating after I die?: Just draw your weapon - that should mark you as no longer 'dying/dead' and re-buff you.

Installation Instructions:
  • Install REFramework, if you already have it, it's very important that it is updated to the latest version (at least v1.1.1 required) because the mod uses a new feature to save your configuration. If not, the changes are not saved between restarts.
  • Download the mod's zip, place it on the game's .exe folder;
  • Extract it (use Extract Here, overwrite if needed);
  • That's it!

Future Features:
I don't know when I'll actually make time to work on these.  I don't care too much about the features, but something I'll consider doing if there's a mighty need
  • Consume items from bag/box
  • Online/offline toggle
  • Wide range
  • Powders apply to other players (with options for online multiplayer vs just friends - so you don't buff spam people online)
  • Cost of using - e.g. take 100 points to use for a quest or uses 1 point each time a buff is auto-applied.
