Allows you to generate only crown monsters big or small, or both.
Lua version.
Former crown rate table file `system_boss_random_scale_data.user.2` no longer works after TU1, so I made this.
The script may delay your quest loading screen because it hooks the monster generation function.
Doesn't work for fixed size quests and Anomaly Investigations because these quests lock the monster size.
Anomaly Quest (with stars) is OK.
Only tested at Master Rank because some crowns will never appear in some village/low rank quests.
