About this mod

Brings Tactician, a brand new skill concept.
Tactician:
Increases damage against monsters with broken parts.

Requirements

Commission status and information (Google Docs)

This is the Launch skill for DSC Skill Module 2.0.0, a module I made way back that broke significantly with the release of Sunbreak. Happy Hunting!

It is recommended that ALL players in the lobby have the mod. People won't crash if they don't have it, but it will quite likely render the skill ineffective.

This mod:
  • Creates a brand new Strategy Jewel, which contains the skill Tactician. (Uses deco ID 101)
  • Gives Tactician to the following armors with the following levels:
    Lunagaron Mail: Level 2
    Lunagaron Greaves: Level 1
  • The recipe of the Static Jewel is as follows:
    5 Sovereign Jewel
    5 Lunagaron Shard
    3 Lunagaron Bluecore
    1 Lunagaron Frost Jewel
  • The recipe is unlocked upon having gained a sovereign jewel and having killed Lunagaron.
  • There are 3 levels to the skill, each with some unique effects.

Known Issues:
  • Some text is missing from certain screens.

What is Tactician?
Taken directly from the in-game description:
Increases damage against monsters with broken parts.
When attacking a monster, damage will be increased in accordance with how many broken parts it currently has.
At level 1, physical damage dealt is increased by 3% and elemental damage by 5% for each broken part. This means that if the monster has 2 broken parts, you will deal 6% more physical damage and 10% more elemental damage.
At level 2, the boost affects part damage as well, causing you to deal 5% more part damage for each broken part the monster has, following the same logic as level 1.
At level 3, the part damage boost is increased to 10%. This means that if the monster has 3 broken parts, you'll be dealing 30% more part damage, stacking with partbreaker.
(You can also check the images section for the full in-game description).
