Installation:
1. Install with Fluffy Manager 5000

Changes:

Rebalanced the attack and critical values on Agitator.
Before:
Lv1 = +4/3%
Lv2 = +8/5%
Lv3 = +12/7%
Lv4 = +16/10%
Lv5 = +20/15%
After:
Lv1 = +2/5%
Lv2 = +4/7%
Lv3 = +6/10%
Lv4 = +8/15%
Lv5 = +15/25%

Rebalanced Critical Eye into a frontloaded skill.
Before: 5/10/15/20/25/30/40
After: 15/20/25/30/35/40/45

Reduced Critical Boost value on lower levels, but increased on higher level
Before: 30/35/40
After: 28/33/43

Reduced Weakness Exploit's hitzone minimum
Before: 45 hz
After: 35 hz

Improved Latent Power's critical rate bonus on activation
Before: 10/20/30/40/50 % bonus
After: 20/30/40/50/70 % bonus

Rebalanced Critical Element's lower level values.
Before: 5/10/15 % bonus
After: 10/13/15 % bonus

Improved Master Touch's activation rate.
Before: 20/40/80 % chance on crit
After: 50/75/100 % chance on crit

Improved Critical Draw's crit rate bonus. (duration is still 2 seconds)
Before: 15/30/60 % bonus
After: 50/60/70 % bonus

Improved Affinity Sliding's bonus rate and duration.
Before: 30% bonus for 30 seconds
After: 35% bonus for 180 seconds

Increased Bloodlust's crit rate bonus on the first level.
Before: 20% bonus at level 1
After: 25% bonus at level 1
