Increase the travel speed of the arrows (Rapid, Spread, Pierce).
Increase their Max distance and critical distance.
Spread arrow 50% less wider.
Dragon Pierce arrow can now pierce up to 14 hits and travel faster.
Installation : Drop the .pak file to your game's folder, note : rename the last number if you had the same .pak file.. eg: re_chunk_000.pak.patch_002.pak to re_chunk_000.pak.patch_003.pak, etc.
