I have those 3 mods installed and have been playing for a long time and have never had the issue you say. It is very likely that other mods are causing the problem or the game files themselves are corrupted. Please re-build your mod environment and verify integrity of game files.
Do not turn on "skip PAK modding" in Fluffy Mananger options, or this mod will stop working. In case anyone suddenly finds this mod not working and has no idea where went wrong, just like me who spent literally one hour to fix the problem.

I am Japanese, but after reading a lot, it seems that they are modifying various mods and selling them for a fee, claiming that they are self-made. 5000 japanese yen is about $37 in US dollars. I think the majority of mod makers are being victimized because it seems that a large number of mods are being modded and sold for a fee, not only for Monster Hunter Rise but also for Monster Hunter World mods.
