Adds a chance to get bonus items from your palamute

NOTE THE PALAMUTE MUST BE IN BUDDY SLOT 1
There is a 1/5 chance that after gathering an item (via carving, shinies, plants or otherwise), your palamute will find another one and add it to its pouch!
(The item is always a duplicate of the item you gathered yourself, including the amount gathered (for items like herbs/honey). The chance is not increased by the number of palamutes, it is a static 1/5 chance.
This is intended to bring the farming utility of palamutes slightly closer, but still inferior to palicos. The chance is relatively low because it works with all types of gathering rather than just carves (You can pick up a lot of shinies per hunt
The downsides of using gathering palamutes compared to palicos
1. The items will be items you already gathered yourself
2. The palamute will not gather miscellaneous items automatically
3. The drop table is the same as the hunters drop table, instead of the palico thief drop table which has a high chance for rare items like mantles
