I use uMOD.

Option: model 2 (eye green and hair brown etc)

Warning : Need just one file dds or zip 

Instructions
1.Download uMOD: https://code.google.com/p/texmod/downloads/list        (I prefer r53)
2. Run uMod.(always firts).
3. Turn on "global hook" (Main > Use global hook). (Just do this the first time)
4. Add Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae to uMod (Main > Add game "Steam\SteamApps\common\Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae\mitsurugi.exe"). (Only do this the first time)
5. Run Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae.
6. Alt+tab the game and put all the dds or zip files from this rar archive into the white window in uMod Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae.
7. And good game.

Information.
Do not leave the game without uninstall mods ( more stability ).
UMOD keeps in memory the files (do not move the mods files during the game).
If the game crash by loading the files just restart the game ,leaving open UMOD , mods load automatically.
