Since the game uses two different cameras (one for map/objects and another for UI/texts), I didn't find a way to adjust only the main camera without leaving the UI shaking while the character walks.
With the camera too far away, the texts are small and difficult to read... So I suggest a "zoom out" of 40 (it changes de camera FOV) and the UI scaling set to 120 in the game settings.
