Grants additional friendship/romance points when interacting with NPCs

The mod is configurable in the attributes of friendship, romance and happiness.
Mod defaults to:
- AdditionalFriendshipPerInteraction = 5
- AdditionalRomancePerInteraction = 0
- AdditionalHappinessPerInteraction = 0
*** When the value is greater than zero, every interaction with an NPC will give you at least these points. Even if you curse the mother of the NPC, you gain points of friendship, romance or happiness.
*** When the value is set to zero, no additional points are given, it disables the mod for that specific attribute.
