City Of Glass have lost it's status of somewhat, that was called the beautiful and a fascinating place to live in... ...and became a dangerous and a dismal place.
This mod attempts to make the city look much more dirtier and lifeless. Can be used with Green Nature mod (GN should be below DC in the load order with the List priority)
