    since it doesn't affect the clothes, is it possible to mix this with a retexture/custom costume?

      it depends, if it changes only the glove or shirt textures you should be fine. If it changes any more than that (arms, legs, head shoes ect) you are outta luck since they share the same texture as a good bit of the skin... If you want i can make compatibility patches for you
