---IF YOU WANT TO USE THIS MOD WITH REPAIRED BUILDINGS---
...then use this mods version with "fixed buildings patch" ***instead***  of both fixed buildings and raided lair
I thought theyre compatible but nope

- This mod makes the Lair be broken at all times, without crashing the game. Some elements have been removed to not overload the destructo-meter, such as fires or sparks (could be dangerous to your friends!)
- The runners you could meet just after Reunion are back
- The brought back NPCs have new lines to say, instead of simple greets or mourns over ones passed away
- NPCs like to train at the Lair, so objects have been added for them to practice on, despite the raided-state of Zephyr
- The Jukebox is functional in destroyed version, same as hackable display and Broadcast channel


Versions available are of: (1) only the Lair ruined(2) only the runners brought back(3) the Lair ruined, and runners brought back

*Option (2) and (3) will keep the NPCs around even when replaying Flytrap mission, but will not break the game. Meant to be used in freeroam mostly.
