Step into a Minecraft Bedrock world where the eternal conflict between Vampires, Werewolves, and the Hunters who pursue them rages on with the Vampire Craft Add-on."Be the strongest vampire or werewolf of all with the Vampire Craft addon."
This add-on immerses you in a darker experience, offering you the choice:
Will you embrace the power and curse of the night as a fearsome Vampire or a savage Werewolf, or will you stand against the darkness as a dedicated Hunter?
It introduces new factions, transformation mechanics, unique abilities, powerful items, challenging creatures, and intricate progression systems, all delivered through its Resource and Behavior packs.
Performance improvements have also been made for a smoother experience.
Choose Your Path
Become a Vampire:
- Seek out Vampires in dark forests. Defeat them for a chance to obtain a Vampire Fang.
- Using the fang on yourself (or surviving a vampire bite, though less certain) initiates a 5-minute transformation, tracked by a hunger effect.
- Once converted, you gain access to the "Vampire Skills" item to manage your powers.
- Beware the transformation! Drinking hot milk (heated in a furnace) within the 5 minutes can cure you.
- Vampires suffer from Blood Thirst, a new hunger bar. Feed by biting creatures (with an empty hand or using a glass bottle to collect blood) or finding blood bottles
- Letting your thirst hit zero weakens you significantly, disabling your powers temporarily.
- Unlock devastating abilities like Fly, Night Vision, Invisibility, Teleport, Regeneration, Ice Touch, and more by using Vampire Fangs on a filled Blood Altar and spending XP.
- Hunt Werewolves in dark forests for their Werewolf Fangs.
- Using a fang (or surviving a bite) triggers a 5-minute transformation, also tracked by hunger.
- Receive the "Werewolf Skills" item upon transformation.
- Cure yourself during the transformation window with hot milk.
- Werewolves don't have thirst but progress through Levels (I - Beta/White, II - Omega/Bluish, III - Alpha/Black) by defeating higher-level werewolves.
- Unlock powerful abilities like Enhanced Regeneration, Invisibility, Rage, Sun Transform (at higher levels), Bleeding attacks, Dodge, and more.
- Skill unlocking requires specific Werewolf Levels, XP, and using a Werewolf Fang on a filled Blood Altar (fueled with Werewolf Livers).
- Inject yourself with a Garlic Syringe to begin the 5-minute transformation into a Hunter.
- Hunters don't gain supernatural abilities like Vampires or Werewolves but focus on enhancing their human attributes through training.
- Find Hunter Trainers throughout the world and complete quests (like collecting fangs or blood) to earn points for upgrading attributes: Vigor (Physical Strength/Energy),Mana (Magical Energy), Mastery (Weapon Usage), and Proficiency (Specific Weapon/Tool Use).
- Choose your allegiance:
- Church Hunter: Serves the Church, trades with Priests. Unlocks specific holy skills like Divine Protection.
- King's Royal Hunter: Serves the Crown, gain royal benefits. Unlocks specific royal skills like Will of the King.
- Lone Hunter: Independent, receives no outside benefits but gains the unique ability to transform into either a Vampire or Werewolf while retaining the Hunter core, allowing you to blend in. They use the skill system of their chosen monster form.
- Unlock Hunter-specific skills like increased damage, health, speed, jump, garlic resistance (Garlic in the Veins), taming wolves, etc., using Hunter Skill Items purchased with XP.
Vampire Craft adds a wealth of new content to discover and craft (functionality in Behavior Pack, textures in Resource Pack):
- Ores & Ingots: Mine Sun Stone and Moon Stone Ore to craft powerful Eclipse Ingots.
- Armor & Weapons: Forge the formidable Eclipse Armor (with Solar and Lunar variants) and wield unique weapons like the Vampire Sword or equip deadly Werewolf Claws.
- Altars: Construct the Blood Altar for skill unlocking and the Recharging Altar.
- Consumables & Components: Collect Human Hearts (Weak & Normal), Vampire Blood (Normal & Pure), Werewolf Livers, Garlic, and craft various Blood Bottles.
- Utility: Use the Meat Grinder, create Syringes (including Garlic Syringes), build decorative Coffins from various wood types.
- Special Items: Uncover the secrets of the Philosopher Stone and Philosopher Water, find Skill Items for each faction, and use the Vampire Craft Guide to learn the ropes.
- Cures: Brew potent Vampire Cure and Werewolf Cure potions to revert to human.
The world is now more dangerous (behavior in Behavior Pack, appearance in Resource Pack):
- Face different tiers of Vampires and Werewolves (Weak, Normal, Black/Alpha).
- Beware the cunning Vampire Witch.
- Encounter hostile Hunters.
- Interact with friendly Hunter Trainers.
- Even chickens aren't safe, watch out for Vampire Chickens!
- Vampires can summon Bat Minions.
- Newly Added Languages: The add-on now includes support for:
- French (fr_FR)
- German (de_DE)
- Russian (ru_RU)
- Simplified Chinese (zh_CN)
- Updated & Corrected Languages: Existing translations have been reviewed, updated, and corrected for:
- Spanish - Spain (es_ES)
- Spanish - Mexico (es_MX)
- Portuguese - Brazil (pt_BR)
- Performance Improvements: General performance improvements have been made for a smoother experience.
Installation
This Add-on requires TWO files: the Resource Pack (Vampire Craft RES.mcpack) and the Behavior Pack (Vampire Craft BEH.mcaddon) (names might vary slightly).
- Download BOTH files (`.mcpack` and `.mcaddon`).
- Open (double-click) each downloaded file. Minecraft Bedrock should automatically import them.
- If auto-import fails, you can manually move the `.mcpack` file to the `resource_packs` folder and the `.mcaddon` file to the `behavior_packs` folder within Minecraft's `com.mojang` folder.
- Create a New World or Edit an Existing One
- Go to the "Resource Packs" section and activate the "Vampire Craft RES" resource pack (or whatever name it appears under).
- Go to the "Behavior Packs" section and activate the "Vampire Craft BEH" behavior pack (or whatever name it appears under).
- VERY IMPORTANT! Under World Settings -> Experiments, ensure the Beta APIs option is ENABLED. Other experimental features are generally not required for this add-on.
- Enter your world and enjoy!
- This add-on requires Minecraft Bedrock version 1.21.70 or higher.
- It should be compatible with other add-ons as long as they don't modify the same player entities or mechanics conflictually.
- Remember to enable the Beta APIs experimental feature as stated in the installation, otherwise the add-on will not function correctly.
