One day after seeing the revenge meme pop up i decided "It surely has a resource pack out by now" and to my shock it didn't exist so i decided to learn how to make resource packs from the ground up just to make this piece of gold, enjoy.
In a nutshell so far this pack changes all creeper sonuds to "creeper" and "aw man" as well as the tnt hiss, and it changes the music track "cat" to the song "revenge" by captainsparklez.
