This mod changes the water color to a tropical green/blue color and increases the water level

Installation
Get the Shadow Of War Loader and drop the unpacked folder in your plugins folder.
Important!
If you really made sure that you didn't make any mistakes while installing a packet and it still doesn't replace anything then
you need to generate the signatures yourself. It's not a big deal but still necessary!
1. Go into the PacketLoader/Internal/PacketLoader.ini and change the cache to 0 (generate)
2. Load into the game and check if everything loaded correctly (loading will take longer).
3. After that you can close the game and change the cache in the PacketLoader/Internal/PacketLoader.ini back to 1.
Now everything should work as expected.
