save just before the listed achievements. Credit to zulu2502. His save made the cooking achievement easier.

Do these in order or you may have to reload the save-
When you load in go to the beetle guy and talk with him until the achievement pops.
Then fast travel to gauntlet runner. Travel someplace that you'll be able to roam the runner while traveling.
Go to the kitchen and cook last meal on the bottom. Should be the sublime one. Achievement should pop. This won't pass any time.
Then go to lounge and read the book on the very bottom and the last achievement will pop.
