Tested with an Intel i3 1.7 GHZ, 4GB RAM and INTEL GRAPHICS 4400
Steady 30 fps. No stutter.
The only bug appears when you create an avatar, the whole model turns black. Just replace the tweaked gr_init_dx11 lua file after you create your avatar. You can always restore the file and get the game to work as usual, no matter how far you're in game, it does not break it.
There are two files, the original and the tweaked one, just if you want to open both in notepad plus and check the changes I've made using the compare plugin.
Instructions> 1. Go to METAL GEAR SURVIVE\master\0 and extract 00.dat file dragging it on GzsTool.exe. You can make a shortcut inside 0 folder and use it for dragging the .dat file.
2. Go to 00_dat\Fox\Scripts\Gr and replace gr_init_dx11.lua with the one modded. Back up the original file to avoid problems with future game updates.
3. Repack 00.dat file by dragging 00.dat.xml on GzsTool.exe shortcut.
4. In game, choose Low for Textures menu in display settings.
A fix for the black bug in the avatar screen editor is to turn to High the Lightning option in display settings.
