Updated for Patch 1.10
Updated December 15, 2016

There are three versions.

Enhanced Suppressors Basic: This increases the shot capacity of level 1 and 2 suppressors by 15. Level 1 suppressors can now be fired 30 times before breaking, Level 2 suppressors can be fired 45 times before breaking. Level 3 suppressors remain infinite.

Enhanced Suppressors Reloaded: This doubles the shot capacity of level 1 and 2 suppressors. Level 1 suppressors can now be fired 30 times before breaking, Level 2 suppressors can be fired 60 times before breaking. Level 3 suppressors remain infinite.

Enhanced Suppressors Reinforced: This increases the shot capacity of level 1 suppressors to 60, and the shot capacity of level 2 suppressors to 90. Level 3 suppressors remain infinite.

To install:

Extract the .mgsv file and install with Snakebyte mod manager.

Instructions for older versions of the game:

Just download Enhanced Suppressors (Basic/Reinforced) 00, extract, and place in your MGS_TPP/master/0 folder. If you want to edit the mod further or combine with other 00 mods, you'll want to download Enhanced Suppressors (Basic/Reinforced) Lua, for your own editing/merging purposes. Don't forget to grab the updated dictionary.txt here.

Tested and Working

Bugs Features:
Enhanced Suppressors Basic: Level 1 suppressors will now appear to be Level 2 in the customization and development windows, and Level 2 suppressors will now appear to be Level 3 (but without the infinity symbol - you can distinguish between the two easily). Entirely unintended, but I like this so it's a feature now.

Enhanced Suppressors Reinforced: All Suppressors will now appear to be Level 3 in the customization and development windows (without the infinity symbol). Truly unlimited suppressors retain the infinity symbol.
