Decreased the max ammo count for every weapons to provide a bigger challenge.

Description
This mod decreases your max ammo count for every weapons.
You will have around 3 or 4 magazine(depending on magazine size) for lethal weapons and 1 or 2 for non-lethal.
Installation:
Go to: "Steamdir\steamapps\common\MGS_TPP\master\0"
Unpack 00.dat with QAR tool
Replace the EquipParameters.lua in "00\Assets\tpp\level_asset\weapon\ParameterTables\parts"
Repack the 00.dat
install with snakebite :]
