Adds back some unused carry monologues for specific prisoners.

Adds unused carrying monologues for target prisoners back into the following side ops:
Could also serve as an example for modders on how to add carry monologues to their side ops, that is when I finish making .spch files for all 23 unused general-purpose prisoner monologues still lying around in the game, or when someone actually capable of doing that makes a parsing/building tool for them.
Also, fun fact: the Gunsmith's apprentice one was in the sound files for Backup, Back Down for some reason. Maybe these guys were originally side objectives in missions at first, since the first gunsmith's staff id references Pitch Dark's mission id.
