Adds extra lore to the descriptions of some of game's weapons, as well as other tweaks related to the words used in equipment selection and the development screen.

Adds extra lore to the descriptions of some of game's weapons, adds details to some descriptions, as well as fixing the designation of the UN-AAM to the UN-MAW and renaming Dot Sight 3 to the Holographic Sight. Not compatible with mods that replace tpp_weapon.eng.lng2.
