Makes Snake look much better in a tuxedo by covering his bionic arm's forearm with the sleeve, which was originally just cut off and shoved under the arm. Snake's projectile bionic arms were also modified by Spying Harrier to shoot out from the wrist joint and not the forearm to minimize the risk of damaging this very expensive suit.
