This mod simply changes how rain will appear on surfaces, to resemble the effect from Ground Zeroes.

This isn’t related to this mod (at all), but there's something happening in the world that's become increasingly important to me in the past two years. I want to use my mods as a platform to share that topic. Unfortunately I can't voice it on NexusMods, because it might go against flimsy and easily weaponizable policy guidelines relating to sociopolitical issues. So I have to vaguely gesture to it instead. Here's a song recommendation.
Anyways, back to videogame mods.
Users are free to edit, publish and share these mods as they see fit, and this declaration should supersede any permissions previously imposed on any of my mods, besides those which contain assets from other Mod Authors or MIT Licensing.
This mod can be installed manually or via SnakeBite Mod Manager - [SBWM]
For manual installation, simply use 7zip to extract the files from the .mgsv file.
