There it is, probably the most ambitious MGSV mod I've ever been involved in.

As you can tell by the build number in the version, this has been in development for a while. Originally FrankentsteinKappa had made the original version of the texture which included the chest strap. Since he gave up on it because of the brassards, I kindly asked him if he could send me over his work to see if I could do something with it, and then it began. Morbidslinky helped out with some stuff on the chest strap, and even Shigu himself made the fv2 which attached the extra MSF brassards/gear model. Aside from the people in the MGSV Discord helping out with the design choices like the exact color of the olive drab, there might have been more, but I can't recall at the moment.

Oh, right, I might have taken the knocking animswap from TMWSTW with Chelly's permission I think. TMWSTW is also a mod that you should use with this, it's contractually required.

...

Welp, FMDL Studio v2 happened and it's cool. Now this mod doesn't use fv2s anymore. Just very odd joint bending at times. Plus I just added more cool gear in b57r2, check it out.

...

Now FoxKit's got fv2 building support, so I added a seperate file that applies camouflage patterns to the non-DLC version, which is now the base version. Also added partial skin tone support, made the FOX patch apply differently, so it's higher quality now and uses less custom textures. Check out b65r3 for that. Totally intentionally removed the body's shadow drop and blood damage effects, which is totally not FMDL Studio's fault.

...

Oh hey another couple of updates - big thanks to Morbidslinky for tweaking the UVs!

...

Even more tweaks - this time by BaileyJIII on the scarf.

The 100 mb camo file only works with either of the Default Fatigues replacers, and not with the DLC Naked Snake Fatigues replacers. It is also a seperate file, so you have to install one of the Default Fatigues replacers along with the 100 mb camo file for the camo options to actually work.

Special thanks to all these wonderful people for their generous donations for all these years!
