Cleans up Kaz's look for the playable Ground Zeroes Model

Permissions and credits
This simply cleans up the textures on Kaz's model from Ground Zeroes. This only contains the pftxs of the file, this is meant to be used with noShigu's Kazuhira Miller Mod 1.0. Use the QAR Tool for this one. It goes in chunk0/Assets/tpp/pack/player/parts.
