Sneaking suit model swap + ponytail fix

Simply replaces the normal TPP sneaking suit model with the Ground Zeroes suit.
Install with Snakebite.
Including an optional file (Credit: TheCinnamonBun) that fixes the issue with the ponytail on this outfit, so instead of sticking straight out, the physics will work properly. This is an issue in the base game, not introduced by this mod.
I also highly recommend using the More Bionic Arms mod by Spaceman1984, as it turns the gold bionic arm to green, which matches well with the green straps on the GZ suit.
