Making the MGSV UI a bit more readable.

This mod requires the SnakeBite Mod Manager as it is the more user-friendly way of installing a MGSV mod, tested and compatible with Infinite Heaven.
INSTALLING:
Install MGSV TPP UI Tweak.mgsv through the SnakeBite Mod Manager, will make a manual install version if there's enough demand.
