Quiet is now a ninja of the Village hidden in the Sea (Seychelles). Umigakure? She gets the Byakugan (combat face is byakugan veins), blue hair, and iconography.
Modifies base buddy, FOB and Motherbase Quiet. Supports cutscenes.
