well, hello, it's been a while since I uploaded an mgsv mod. it's not that I've been busy or anything, it's just that I hadn't any motivation to make a mod.
anyway, this mod replaces the pf vehicle in the game, it has some issues here and there but I don't mind them since this more so a filler mod.
