Replaces the Enemy CP Radio lines with the MGS2 HQ Radio lines.

This mod will replace almost all of the enemy CP lines with lines from the MGS2 HQ lines.
At the moment this only covers Afghanistan. The process in making this mod is extremely tedious so it will be while before this covers Africa.
There are some lines which couldn't be covered (Such as CP to HQ lines or mission specific lines) so they haven't been changed.
