This mod will turn all weapons into piercing ones, allowing you to shoot through all kinds of helmets. Will also apply to enemies, D-Walker and Quiet, but not to bosses.

This mod will turn all weapons into piercing ones, allowing you to shoot through all kinds of helmets, even with Non-Lethal weapons. Will also apply to enemies, D-Walker and Quiet, but not to bosses.
This does not mean you will be able to shoot through obstacles with any weapon, only through all kinds of helmets.
