Restores Consecutive CQC Dialogue for each throw

Adds Restored Consecutive CQC Dialogue for each throw for snake only
and adds options to disable it mid gameplay
1- Consecutive CQC: [Snake Only] Toggle the Consecutive CQC voice clip When toggled on.
2- Ocelot line (Extra): Ocelot will compliment the player when performing Consecutive CQC
3-Consecutive CQC Extra: [Snake Only] When Toggled on the line will be for 4 enemies instead
and adds options to disable it mid gameplay
