Adds XOF Outfit over Sneaking Suit with Gas Mask as Avatar hair option.

Just as the name suggests, this mod adds the XOF Outfit over the Sneaking Suit for Venom/Avatar and has the option of the XOF gas mask/gas tank for the Avatar when using the second hair slot. There are zero first person issues when aiming or using the int scope and the hip weapon is correctly displayed on the XOF uniform.
Installation:
You will need the QAR tool and the latest dictionary.txt (download it here: https://github.com/emoose/MGSV-QAR-Dictionary-Project). Place the dictionary.txt file into the QAR folder and then proceed with the following:
1. Unpack chunk0.dat
2. Backup plparts_venom.fpk and plparts_venom.pftxs from the newly created chunk0 folder, specifically chunk0\Assets\tpp\pack\player\parts
3. Backup plfova_avm_hair_b0_v00.fpk from chunk0\Assets\tpp\pack\player\avatar\hair
4. Move the plparts_venom.fpk and plparts_venom.pftxs files from the zip into chunk0\Assets\tpp\pack\player\parts and move plfova_avm_hair_b0_v00.fpk from the zip into chunk0\Assets\tpp\pack\player\avatar\hair
5. Repack the chunk0 folder

This mod contains resources from Fraridr's work such as his modder's resource pack and his excellent XOF mods: The Aggregate XOF Modification and XOF Uniform Big Boss Mod. I also used his slotting method to resolve first person issues with the mod.
Seph helped a ton by nulling out the rest of the face/balaclava from the gas mask and also had the suggestion for using one of Snake's mostly nulled out models to fix the neck seam issue without causing first person issues.
Also thanks to Xraydoc for sharing the location of the model in his XOF model swap mod.
